Pinks & Browns .....

 

A set of Twinchies ( 2 x 2 inch decorated squares) made for a swap in UK Stampers Forum in the theme of 'Pinks & Browns' ...... they have a vintage look I think !

The bases were trimmed to size from re-cycled food packaging. I then chose some background paper in the colour theme and adhered this to the bases.

I then fussy cut some papers with flowers and edged with black ink before applying to the background. I then stamped some open dots and a flower in Archival sepia ink. The dots were infilled with some pink Posca pen along with the flowers.

The Twinchies were finished by edging in Memento rosebud ink along with some dots of pale pink glitter Nuvo drops .......

Cheep ......

A set of three Artist Trading Cards made for a swap over in UK Stampers Forum in the theme of 'Green & Orange' .....

The bases were cut to 2,5 x 3.5 inches from re-cycled food packaging. I then chose some lime green paper and trimmed this to fit. The backgrounds were then stamped in orange Archival ink with a flower stamp.

The layered birds were die-cut from a set by Tim Holtz/Sizzix assembled and applied as shown on the background.

I then applied some Washi tape with letters and words. The ATC's were finished by edging with orange Versamagic chalk ink .....

Cosmos ......

A set of Artist Trading Coins made for a monthly swap over on UK Stampers Forum .....

The bases were die-cut to 2.5 inches in diameter from re-cycled food packaging. I then stamped the moon on white card with Versafine black ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. These were die-cut and coloured with Posca markers before edging with purple Versamagic chalk ink.

I then made the background with a stencil and Distress Oxide inks applied with a brush. I then stamped the star in blue Archival ink. the backgrounds were then added to the bases. The moons were added and the self adhesive letter were placed and edged with black Micron pen.

Each of the Coins were edged in dark blue Versamagic chalk ink and were finished with 3 iridescent sequins stuck in place with glossy accents.......

Inchies .....

A set of Inchies (1 x 1 inch decorated squares) made for a swap over on UK Stampers Forum ......

I punched 6 squares from re-cycled food packaging as the bases to give them strength. I then chose some patterned paper and punched this also. I then decorated the papers with a number of stamps in Archival inks to add a design.

The squares were then added to the bases and each edged with violet Versamagic chalk ink.

Each Inchie was finished by adding a black sparkly gem to the centres ....

Butterflies .....

Make Waves .....

A set of 4 'Twinchies' ..... 2 x 2 inch decorated squares made for a swap over on UK Stampers Forum in the theme of 'Making Waves'  ....

I used a 'Spin & Splash' background made with black glossy card and alcohol inks as the background and cut this to 2 x 2 inch squares. The bases were cut to the same size from re-cycled food packaging.

I then chose some Washi tape depicting waves and applied two torn strips to each Twinchie as shown.

I then stamped the fish in blue Archival ink on pink card and die-cut out applying dark blue chalk ink to the edges before adding as shown.

Each Twinchie was then edged with a blue metallic embossing powder to finish .....

Wonderful ......

A set of Artist Trading Coins made for a swap over on UK Stampers Forum ....

The bases were die-cut from re-cycled food packaging. I then used a Gelli printed background paper and stamped with an All & Create stamp in blue Distress Oxide ink.

The central image was stamped in Versafine black ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. I added yellow centres to the daisies with Posca pen. The backgrounds were added to the bases and edged with lavender Versamagic chalk ink.

Each Coin was embellished with 4 mauve self adhesive gems to finish .....

Blue ......

A set of Inchies ( 1 x 1 inch decorated squares) made for a swap over on UK Stampers Forum .....

The bases were punched out of re-cycled food packaging and covered with some turquoise foiled  kraft paper. These were applied to the bases. I then used an inkblot stamp and blue archival ink to stamp each inchie.

I then added a piece of blue glitter Washi tape as shown before adding a printed letter to each, edged in black Sharpie pen.

The Inchies were finished by edging with dark blue Versamagic chalk ink .....

Daffs .....

A set of Artist Trading Cards made for a swap over on UK Stampers Forum in the theme of 'Spring Flowers' .....

The bases were cut to 2.5 x 3.5 inches from re-cycled food packaging. I then cut the background from orange card. This was stamped along two edges with a leaf stamp in Versafine black ink. The backgrounds were added to the bases.

I then stamped an image of Daffodils onto white card in more Versafine black ink and coloured in with Posca markers. The frames were cut out and applied centrally to the backgrounds as shown.

Each ATC was edged in dark green with Versamagic chalk ink and some green dots added to the background decoration to finish .....
